Previously engaged as an associate appraiser with Carr & Associates and Schultz, Carr, Bissette & Associates, real estate appraisal and consulting firms in Atlanta, Georgia, since November 1991. Previously employed by Buckner & Company, a commercial and industrial brokerage firm; Branch Realty Management; and Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate Service.

Experience includes market research, industrial and retail brokerage, and appraisal assignments including retail, office, apartment, industrial, and restaurant properties, as well as subdivision developments, vacant land, and eminent domain related acquisition analyses.

Education:
Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate, University of Georgia. Has successfully completed various courses in real estate and finance, including real estate valuation, real estate finance, real estate law, real estate brokerage, and real estate investment analysis. Has successfully completed or challenged numerous courses conducted by the Appraisal Institute (AI) and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council (CI).
