The firm is designed to provide quality services for current and anticipated clientele requirements in both the residential and commercial markets. We are engaged on either a retainer or stipulated fee basis with compensation dependent primarily on time and personnel requirements, the complexities of the assignment, and the urgency of completion of the assignment. Consultation fees are not contingent on the consummation of a transaction by a client.
