with offices in Atlanta and Conyers, Georgia. Previously was a senior
commercial appraiser for Carr, Lawson, Cantrell and Associates, Inc.
Have been exclusively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 2004.
Type of Work Performed:
Experience includes marketability/feasibility analysis and appraisal and consulting analysis for numerous bank and private clients.
Appraisal assignments have included apartments, office condominiums, hotels and motels, industrial and warehouse properties, shopping centers,
single-family residences, office buildings, various land types, and extensive Department of Transportation multi-parcel acquisition analyses. Interests
appraised include fee simple, leasehold, and leased fee. Have also provided litigation support and have limited trial testimonial experience.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors, majoring in Finance, University of Florida (1999).
